Founder
After completing classical studies (score 60/60) in 1988, lawyer Adriano Screponi graduated in law in 1993, at SAPIENZA in Rome, with a thesis in bankruptcy law “The insolvency of SIMs” with a score of 110/110 cum laude.
He enrolled in the register of trainee lawyers and carried out his legal practice at a well-known Roman law firm operating in the civil sector, specialized in bankruptcy matters, where he continued to collaborate for about two years after passing the exam to obtain the title of lawyer.
He obtained his qualification to practice as a lawyer in Rome in 1995/1996 and registered with the relevant Bar Association in January 1997.
In September 1998, he founded in Rome, at viale di Villa Massimo n. 39 (where it is still based), the law firm bearing his name, which later changed its name to Screponi & Partners following the consolidation of relationships with his original collaborators, now partners; since 2009 he has been qualified to practice before higher courts.
Partners of the Firm are lawyers Maria Teresa Balistreri and Federica Bizzoni, who have worked with Mr. Screponi for many years, just after the founding of the firm, gaining deep experience and expertise.
In 2018, the firm opened an office in Boston, USA, and Mr. Screponi divides his time between the two locations.
There are several external lawyers and professionals (accountants, notaries, financial and business consultants) with whom the firm has collaborated for many years and who form a network that allows the firm to provide its clients with assistance and advice in multiple sectors, even those different from the firm's areas of specialization.
Avv. Maria Teresa Balistreri

After completing her classical studies, lawyer Maria Teresa Balistreri graduated in Law in 1996 from the SAPIENZA University of Rome with a score of 108/110.
She enrolled in the register of trainee lawyers and carried out her legal internship at a Roman law firm operating in the civil sector, where she collaborated until 1999.
In 2000, she began her professional collaboration with the law firm of Avv. Adriano Screponi as a qualified trainee; she then obtained her qualification to practice law, registering with the relevant professional association, and remains at the firm to this day, where she is currently a partner.
From 2005 to 2008, she provided external legal consultancy for a group of companies operating in the telecommunications sector, gaining experience in corporate law.
Since 2017, she has had an external collaboration with a Roman patronage office where she provides legal, extrajudicial and judicial consultancy in the civil field, particularly in family law, guardianship, and property leasing.
Since 2019, she has been qualified to practice before the higher courts.
Avv. Federica Bizzoni

After completing her scientific studies in 1996, lawyer Federica Bizzoni graduated in law in 2001 from the University La SAPIENZA of Rome. She registered in the register of trainee lawyers and carried out her legal practice at two Roman law firms operating in the civil and criminal fields, where she continued to collaborate for about two years .
In 2005 she began her professional collaboration with the law firm of lawyer Adriano Screponi as an authorized trainee; she then obtained her qualification to practice the profession, registering with the relevant professional order in 2006 and has remained at the firm to this day, where she is currently a partner.
In 2007 she founded in Amatrice (RI) the law firm currently located, following the earthquake that struck the town, inside the C.C. Il Corso.
Multiple areas of expertise have been developed over the years, thanks also to consulting provided to companies, entities, and insurance companies.
Since 2018 she has been qualified to practice before the higher courts.
